Every time I fly, I experience severe ear pain during takeoff and landing. I’ve tried chewing gum and swallowing frequently, but these tricks don’t always work. Has anyone found effective methods to prevent or reduce this discomfort? I’m particularly interested in any specific products or techniques that might help.
