Last month, I suffered a complete tear in my hamstring during a track event. It’s been a tough journey, but I’m currently in rehab and working hard to regain my strength and flexibility. I wanted to share my progress and the setbacks I’ve faced along the way. Here’s what my daily rehab routine includes:
– Gentle stretching exercises
– Pool therapy sessions twice a week
– Isometric strengthening under supervision
