Hi everyone,
I had surgery for an inguinal hernia about a week ago. The doctor said everything went well, but I’m still feeling quite a bit of pain and discomfort around the incision site. I’ve been resting as much as possible, but I’m not sure if what I’m feeling is normal or if I should be worried about complications.
Can anyone share their experience with recovery after hernia surgery? How long did it take for you to feel back to normal? Any tips on managing the pain and speeding up recovery?
