IBS flare-ups can be so unpredictable and frustrating! I’ve noticed that mine often come out of nowhere, even when I think I’m doing everything right. I’m currently trying to track my symptoms in a journal to see if there are any patterns or triggers I haven’t noticed yet.
I’m curious to know what others do when they feel an IBS flare-up coming on. Are there any quick fixes or routines that help you manage the pain and discomfort? Any advice on preventing these flare-ups from happening in the first place would be greatly appreciated!
