I’ve been dealing with Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) for a few years now, and it’s driving me crazy! Every night, just as I’m about to fall asleep, my legs start twitching and tingling. It’s like an uncontrollable urge to move them, and it makes falling asleep almost impossible. My doctor prescribed pramipexole, which helps a bit, but I still struggle on some nights.
I’ve heard that some people find relief with magnesium supplements or even through exercise. Has anyone tried these or have other suggestions for managing RLS? I’d love to hear what’s worked for others, especially any natural remedies or lifestyle changes that have made a difference.
