I’ve been dealing with sciatica pain for a few months now, and it’s starting to interfere with my daily activities. The pain shoots down my right leg, especially when I sit for long periods or try to stand up quickly. I’ve tried stretching and over-the-counter pain relievers, but they only provide temporary relief.
Does anyone have any advice on other methods to relieve sciatica pain? I’m open to trying new things, especially if they’ve worked for others. Thanks in advance for your help!
