I’ve been dealing with mild but persistent vaginal pain for a few weeks now, especially around the vulva area. I’m trying to avoid medication if possible and am curious about natural remedies. Has anyone had success with herbal treatments or dietary changes for managing vaginal pain? I’ve heard about using coconut oil as a moisturizer, but I’m not sure if it’s safe or effective. Would love to hear your thoughts or any other natural solutions that have worked for you.
