Hello fellow pain warriors,
Dealing with chronic knee pain has made my regular yoga practice a challenge. I’m seeking advice on adaptations for yoga poses that might alleviate pressure on the knees or exercises that could strengthen the surrounding muscles without causing more pain. Anyone else modified their exercise routines to accommodate knee pain?
