Chronic Sinus Pain - Seeking Long-Term Solutions

Hello community,

I’ve been suffering from chronic sinus pain for years, and it seems to flare up whenever the weather changes or during allergy season. I’ve tried various medications, nasal sprays, and even some home remedies, but the relief is always temporary. It’s frustrating because the pain and pressure can get so bad that it affects my daily life and work.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Nasal irrigation: Offers temporary relief but doesn’t last.

Decongestants and antihistamines: Work occasionally but come with side effects like drowsiness.

Steam inhalation : Helps a bit, but again, only provides short-term relief.

I’m considering seeing a specialist, but before I do, I’d love to hear from others who have dealt with chronic sinus pain. What treatments or lifestyle changes have made a difference for you? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
