Hello community,

I’ve been struggling with pain due to Multiple Sclerosis for the past year. My neurologist recently prescribed **gabapentin**, which has helped a little, but I’m still experiencing a lot of discomfort, especially in my legs. I’m hesitant to keep increasing the dosage due to potential side effects.

Has anyone found effective pain relief methods, whether through medication, physical therapy, or alternative treatments? I’m particularly interested in hearing about any experiences with CBD or other natural remedies.
