Hi everyone,
I’ve been struggling with PTSD for a few years now, and one of the hardest parts for me is dealing with the nightmares. They come out of nowhere and make it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I’ve tried meditation and relaxation techniques before bed, but they don’t always work.
Does anyone have any other tips for coping with nightmares? I’m open to trying anything that might help me get a more restful sleep. Thanks!
