Hi everyone,
I recently got diagnosed with shingles, and the pain is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. It feels like a constant burning sensation along my side. I’ve started antiviral medication, but I’m looking for additional ways to manage the pain while the medication takes effect.
Does anyone have any tips or home remedies that helped them get through this? I’ve been using a cool compress, but I’m open to any suggestions.
