I was diagnosed with sleep apnea a few months ago and was prescribed a CPAP machine. At first, it was really uncomfortable, and I struggled to get used to it. I’ve read that it takes time, but I’m still finding it hard to sleep with the mask on, and it keeps waking me up. I know the CPAP is important for my health, but I’m getting frustrated.
Has anyone else had issues adjusting to a CPAP machine? What helped you get comfortable with it? Are there specific masks or tips that made a difference? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
