Dietary Changes to Prevent Gout Attacks

Hello everyone,

I’ve been managing gout for several years, and one of the biggest game-changers for me has been adjusting my diet. I’ve cut out red meat, shellfish, and alcohol, which were major triggers for my gout attacks. Instead, I focus on a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, and whole grains, and I’ve also increased my water intake to stay well-hydrated.

I’m curious if anyone else has found success with dietary changes in managing their gout? Are there any specific foods or supplements that have helped you? I’d love to hear what’s worked for others in keeping gout flare-ups at bay.

Wishing everyone pain-free days ahead!
