Hey all,
I’ve been struggling with TMJ for a couple of years, and I’m looking for alternative treatments to help manage the pain. I’ve tried the usual treatments like mouthguards and anti-inflammatory medications, but I’m still experiencing discomfort.
Recently, I’ve been reading about alternative therapies like **acupuncture** and **chiropractic care** for TMJ. Has anyone tried these treatments? Did you find them helpful in reducing pain and improving jaw function?
I’d love to hear about any experiences with alternative therapies or any other unconventional treatments that have worked for you. I’m willing to try anything that could bring some relief!
Thanks for sharing your insights!
