Finding the Right Balance with Fibromyalgia

Hey everyone,

 

I’ve been living with fibromyalgia for about four years, and it’s been a constant battle to find the right balance between activity and rest. If I push myself too hard, I end up in bed for days. If I don’t move enough, the stiffness and pain seem to get worse. 

 

I’m looking for advice on how to manage daily activities without triggering a flare-up. Are there any tips or tricks that have worked for you to maintain a balance? I’m open to any suggestions!
