Symptoms often come and go through relapses and remissions, making the journey unpredictable and emotionally exhausting.
This group provides a safe, empowering, and understanding space for individuals living with MS. 💫 Members share symptom-management strategies, mobility tips, lifestyle adjustments, emotional support, treatment experiences (including DMTs), nutrition insights, and coping techniques to help one another navigate daily life with strength and hope.
