I’ve been dealing with severe heel pain for a few months now, especially in the mornings or after sitting for long periods. My doctor mentioned it might be plantar fasciitis. Does anyone have experience with this? What treatments or home exercises have you found effective? Also, any recommendations for footwear or orthotics that help alleviate the pain?
