After dealing with chronic hamstring pain for several months, I’m exploring integrative therapies to complement my physical therapy. I’m currently trying acupuncture and have seen some improvement. I’m curious to learn about other non-traditional therapies that might help with muscle recovery and pain relief. Here are a few I’m considering:
– Cupping therapy
– Massage therapy specifically for athletes
– Yoga or Pilates for strengthening and flexibility
If you have experiences with any of these or other therapies, I’d love to hear your thoughts on their effectiveness and any recommendations you might have!
