I’ve been experiencing persistent groin pain for several months now, and despite various medical exams, the exact cause remains undiagnosed. The pain flares up during long walks or after sitting for extended periods. I’ve tried changing my diet and routine, but nothing seems to make a significant difference. Has anyone been through something similar and found a way to diagnose or manage the pain? Any insights would be invaluable.
