I’ve been navigating chronic pelvic pain for several years, possibly due to endometriosis. The journey has been tough, with many ups and downs. Over the years, I’ve tried various treatments—from medications and physical therapy to alternative methods like acupuncture and yoga. Here’s a quick rundown of what’s worked and what hasn’t:

Hormonal treatments: Helpful but with side effects.

Physical therapy: Offered relief, especially pelvic floor exercises.

Dietary changes: Gluten-free and low dairy helped reduce flare-ups.

Mindfulness and meditation: Essential for managing pain-related stress.
