Managing CRPS Flare-Ups - Looking for Strategies

Hello community,

I’ve been living with CRPS for about three years now, mostly affecting my left leg. It’s been a rollercoaster ride, with good days and really tough ones. When flare-ups happen, the burning pain and swelling make it nearly impossible to walk or even rest comfortably.

I’ve tried various medications, including amitriptyline and naproxen, but they only provide partial relief. Physical therapy has been somewhat helpful, but I’m looking for more strategies to manage flare-ups when they occur. Does anyone have any effective coping mechanisms or alternative therapies that have helped them get through the tough days?

I’d love to hear your suggestions!
