I’ve been dealing with tennis elbow for a few months, and it’s really affecting my ability to do daily tasks. I’ve tried resting my arm and using over-the-counter pain relievers, but the pain keeps coming back whenever I try to lift anything or use my arm for too long.
Does anyone have any tips or exercises that helped them manage elbow tendonitis? I’m also curious about braces or straps—have they worked for anyone here?
