Managing IBS with Medication and Lifestyle Changes

Hello community,

I’ve been living with IBS for about five years now, and it’s been a rollercoaster trying to manage the symptoms. I’ve been prescribed dicyclomine for the cramps, which helps, but I still experience frequent bloating and discomfort. I’ve also started practicing mindfulness meditation to help with the stress, which seems to aggravate my symptoms. 

Has anyone found a combination of treatments that works well for them? I’m particularly interested in hearing about any lifestyle changes or natural remedies that have made a difference. Managing IBS can feel isolating, but I’m hopeful that with the right support and advice, we can all find a way to live more comfortably.
