Managing Obesity-Related Joint Pain

Hey all,

I’ve been dealing with obesity for a long time, and recently I’ve noticed it’s taking a toll on my joints, especially my knees and lower back. The pain is starting to interfere with my daily activities, and I’m finding it hard to stay active because of it. 

I’m looking for advice on managing joint pain while trying to lose weight. Are there any low-impact exercises that have worked well for you? I’ve heard swimming and cycling might be easier on the joints, but I’d love to hear from anyone who has been in a similar situation.
