I had knee surgery two weeks ago, and the pain is still pretty intense. I’m taking **acetaminophen** and **ibuprofen** as recommended by my doctor, but I’m looking for additional ways to manage the discomfort.
Has anyone here gone through knee surgery? What helped you manage the pain during recovery? I’d appreciate any tips or advice, especially on what helped you sleep better at night.
