Hello community,

I’ve had kidney stones a few times over the past few years, and I can honestly say it’s some of the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. I’m currently dealing with another one, and the pain is really intense. My doctor prescribed **hydrocodone** to help manage it, but I’m trying not to rely too heavily on painkillers.

Does anyone have tips for managing the pain at home? I’ve tried heating pads and drinking lots of fluids, but I’m open to any other suggestions that might help get through this.
