Seeking Advice for Sciatica Relief Hi everyone, I’ve been dealing with sciatica pain for a few months now, and it’s starting to interfere with my daily activities. My Experience with PTSD and Finding Relief Hello community, I’ve been dealing with PTSD for over five years after a traumatic car accident. The flashbacks and anxiety were overwhelming at first, and I didn’t know how I’d ever get through it. My therapist recommended Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helped me understand and manage my triggers. I’ve also been on sertraline for a few months, and it has made a noticeable difference in reducing my anxiety levels. One thing that has helped me a lot is keeping a grounding journal. Whenever I feel a panic attack coming on, I write down what I’m experiencing and focus on my five senses to bring myself back to the present. It’s not always easy, but I’ve found that combining therapy, medication, and mindfulness techniques has helped me regain some control over my life. To anyone struggling, please know you’re not alone.
