Hi everyone,
I’ve been diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia recently, and the pain is unbearable. It feels like electric shocks running through my face, especially when I eat or even brush my teeth. My doctor prescribed carbamazepine, but it’s making me feel really drowsy, and I’m not sure it’s worth the side effects.
Has anyone else had success with different medications or therapies? I’m open to trying anything at this point. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
