I’ve been experiencing really painful menstrual cramps for the past few months, and I’m trying to find some natural remedies to help ease the pain. I’ve heard that ginger tea and heat packs can be helpful, but I’m not sure what else to try. Has anyone found effective natural methods to relieve cramps?
