I’ve been dealing with TMJ pain for a while now, and it’s really starting to impact my daily life. The pain is mostly in my jaw and sometimes radiates to my ear. I’ve tried using a mouthguard at night, but it doesn’t seem to be helping much.
Does anyone have any other suggestions for managing TMJ pain? I’ve heard that certain exercises can help, but I’m not sure where to start. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
