I recently found out that I have HPV, and my doctor mentioned that it’s a common virus and often clears up on its own. However, I’m still feeling pretty worried, especially about the potential long-term effects like cervical cancer. I’m interested in learning more about treatment options and how others have managed living with HPV.

Does anyone have experience with HPV? Did you need treatment, or did it resolve on its own? I’m also curious about what lifestyle changes or supplements might help boost my immune system and help my body fight off the virus.
