Strategies for Managing Chronic Hip Pain

Hello fellow sufferers,

I’ve been dealing with chronic hip pain due to arthritis for several years. It impacts my ability to walk and perform daily activities. I’ve tried various medications and physical therapy, which provide some relief, but I’m always on the lookout for more sustainable and less invasive options. Has anyone tried yoga or aquatic therapy for hip pain? I’m curious about incorporating these into my routine and would love to hear about your experiences or any other recommendations you might have.
