Hi everyone,
I recently started experiencing a sudden, sharp pain in my left shoulder, especially when lifting my arm above my head or reaching for something. I haven’t had any injuries or done anything unusual that I can think of. Has anyone else experienced this type of pain? What did it turn out to be, and how did you treat it?
