Bursitis Pain Relief Through Physical Therapy

Hello community,

I wanted to share my experience with shoulder bursitis and how physical therapy has been a game-changer for me. A few months ago, I started experiencing sharp pain in my shoulder, especially when lifting my arm. My doctor diagnosed it as bursitis and recommended physical therapy before considering any medications or injections. I’ve been attending sessions twice a week, and we focus on exercises that strengthen the surrounding muscles and improve my range of motion.

The therapist also taught me some great stretches that I can do at home, which have been really effective in reducing pain. I know everyone’s journey is different, but if you’re dealing with bursitis pain, I highly recommend giving physical therapy a try. It’s been a slow but steady improvement, and I’m hopeful that I’ll continue to get better!

Hope this helps someone!
