How to Manage Bursitis Pain Without Meds

How to Manage Bursitis Pain Without Meds Hi all, I’ve been dealing with knee bursitis for a while and would like to avoid taking medication if possible. I’ve tried resting and icing the area, but I’m still having some trouble. Does anyone have any non-medication strategies for managing bursitis pain? I’m open to natural remedies, compression wraps, or anything else that might help.  Looking forward to hearing what’s worked for you! Bursitis Pain Relief Through Physical Therapy

Bursitis Pain Relief Through Physical Therapy Hello community, I wanted to share my experience with shoulder bursitis and how physical therapy has been a game-changer for me. A few months ago, I started experiencing sharp pain in my shoulder, especially when lifting my arm. My doctor diagnosed it as bursitis and recommended physical therapy before considering any medications or injections. I’ve been attending sessions twice a week, and we focus on exercises that strengthen the surrounding muscles and improve my range of motion.  The therapist also taught me some great stretches that I can do at home, which have been really effective in reducing pain. I know everyone’s journey is different, but if you’re dealing with bursitis pain, I highly recommend giving physical therapy a try. It’s been a slow but steady improvement, and I’m hopeful that I’ll continue to get better! Hope this helps someone! Coping with Hip Bursitis Pain

Coping with Hip Bursitis Pain – Any Tips? Hey everyone, I’ve been struggling with hip bursitis for a few months now. The pain flares up whenever I sit for too long or after a long walk. I’ve been taking over-the-counter ibuprofen, which helps a bit, but I’d love to hear about any other remedies or exercises that have worked for you. I’m particularly interested in any stretches or routines that have helped alleviate the pain and improve mobility.  Thanks in advance for your advice!
