Chronic Jaw Pain and Stress Management

Chronic Jaw Pain and Stress Management Hey community, I’ve been dealing with chronic jaw pain for years, likely stress-related as it gets worse during high-pressure periods. I’m looking for advice on stress reduction techniques that might help ease my jaw discomfort. Has anyone else found a correlation between their stress levels and jaw pain? What techniques or treatments have you found effective? Thank you for sharing your experiences! Jaw Pain After Dental Work – Normal?

Jaw Pain After Dental Work – Normal? Hi all, I recently had some extensive dental work done and since then, I’ve been experiencing significant pain in my jaw that I didn’t have before. It’s been a few weeks and the pain isn’t subsiding. Is this normal? Should I be concerned or is it just part of the healing process? Any advice or similar experiences would be really helpful. Cheers! Struggling with TMJ – Any Advice?

Struggling with TMJ – Any Advice? Hello everyone, I’ve been diagnosed with TMJ disorder and the jaw pain and headaches are starting to affect my daily life. I’m on a soft food diet, but the pain persists, especially in the mornings. Has anyone tried physical therapy or any home remedies that have worked? I’m looking for non-medication ways to manage the pain if possible. Thanks for any suggestions you might have!
