Does anyone else here experience worse ankle pain during cold or rainy weather? I’ve been dealing with chronic ankle pain due to an old sports injury, and I’ve noticed that my pain intensifies with weather changes. I’ve tried various therapies and medications, but I’m curious to know if anyone has any natural remedies or lifestyle changes that have helped them cope with similar issues?
