Coping with Rheumatoid Arthritis - Medication and Lifestyle Changes

Hello community,

I’ve been living with rheumatoid arthritis for almost five years, and it’s been quite a journey. My doctor has me on methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine, which help manage the symptoms, but I’m still struggling with flare-ups, especially during the colder months. I’ve also incorporated some lifestyle changes like regular exercise and a low-inflammatory diet, which seem to help a bit.

I’m looking for more advice on managing daily arthritis pain and fatigue. What other medications or therapies have you found effective? Are there any specific exercises or routines that have made a significant difference for you? I’m also interested in hearing about any complementary therapies, like acupuncture or massage, that you’ve tried.

Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences and advice!
