Ovarian Cysts are fluid-filled sacs that develop on or inside the ovaries. Many are harmless and disappear on their own, but some can cause pelvic pain, bloating, irregular periods, pain during sex, lower back pain, or sudden sharp pain if they rupture or twist (torsion). The uncertainty and discomfort can be stressful — especially when symptoms affect daily life or fertility concerns arise.
This group provides a safe, understanding, and supportive space for individuals experiencing ovarian cysts of any kind (functional, dermoid, endometriotic, hemorrhagic, or complex). 💫 Members share symptoms, treatment experiences, dietary tips, cycle awareness, emotional support, and recovery stories to help each other feel informed and less alone.
