Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP) occurs when weakened pelvic-floor muscles allow organs like the bladder, uterus, or rectum to shift downward and press into the vaginal wall. Women may experience pelvic pressure, heaviness, bulging, back pain, urinary leakage, bowel difficulty, painful intercourse, and discomfort standing or walking for long periods. POP can happen after childbirth, aging, hormonal changes, chronic coughing, constipation, or heavy lifting — and the symptoms can affect confidence, mobility, and daily comfort.
This group provides a safe, understanding, and empowering space for women living with pelvic organ prolapse. 💫 Members share pelvic-floor therapy insights, exercise tips, pessary experiences, posture advice, lifestyle modifications, surgical information, emotional support, and real stories to help each woman feel informed and less alone.
