How to Manage Back Pain at Work

Hello community,

I work a desk job and my back pain has been getting worse, probably from all the sitting. I’ve adjusted my chair and desk setup based on ergonomic guidelines, but the pain persists. Does anyone have recommendations for managing back pain in an office setting? Maybe exercises, stretches, or any particular office equipment that helps?
