Hello everyone,
I went for my usual 5-mile run yesterday and halfway through, I felt a sharp pain in my ankle. When I got home, it had swollen considerably. I’ve iced it and kept it elevated, but the swelling hasn’t gone down much. Has anyone experienced something similar? What worked for you? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I’m training for a marathon and really don’t want this to set me back.
