Description
Overview
The AllerEase Maximum Allergy + Bed Bug Protection Pillow Protector is a zippered pillow cover from American Textile Company, listed here as the Standard/Queen size in a 2-pack. Each protector fully encases the pillow, closes with a zipper and is worn under the normal pillowcase. AllerEase states the fabric was independently lab tested as a barrier that stops dust mites, pollen, pet dander and bed bugs collecting in the pillow.
The outer shell is an 88% polyester / 12% nylon fabric with a 240 thread count that AllerEase describes as breathable, cool and comfortable. The protectors are made to be washed in hot water: machine wash hot, non-chlorine bleach only when necessary, tumble dry low, do not iron. They carry the AllerEase lifetime warranty.

Things to consider
- This is a fabric barrier, not a waterproof cover; AllerEase sells a separate Waterproof Allergy Protection Pillow Protector.
