Overview
The Saatva Adjustable Base Plus is a motorized base that takes the place of a foundation or box spring. The head and foot sections raise separately, controlled from a wireless remote or the Leggett & Platt Adjustable Bed Control app for iPhone and iPad. Massage, preset positions, under-bed lighting and charging ports are what set it apart from Saatva’s standard Adjustable Base.
It is offered from Twin to Split Cal King, plus Upper-Flex Queen and King versions, and supports up to 850 lb in total. Saatva assembles each base to order.

Things to consider
- Adjustable bases are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, per Saatva
- Saatva lists it as compatible with the Saatva Classic (11.5 in height only), Contour5, Latex Hybrid, Zenhaven, Solaire, Memory Foam Hybrid, Rx and HD; check any other mattress with its maker
- Not compatible with Saatva’s Sydney frame, storage bed frames or platform beds with drawers; very thick upholstered headboards may not work, and the app is listed for iPhone and iPad only
- Ask a clinician before using the vibration massage if you are pregnant or have an implanted medical device
