Overview

Terranova’s Chromium, Cinnamon & Alpha Lipoic Acid Complex is a food supplement in vegetable capsules with a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose shell. Each capsule provides 200 µg of chromium (500% of the Nutrient Reference Value), 100 mg of alpha lipoic acid and approximately 250 mg of Terranova’s Magnifood Complex of cinnamon bark, stabilised rice bran, green barley grass and bilberry. It is made without fillers, binders, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

The EU-authorised nutrition claim quoted on the Lir Pharmacy page is that chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
