Overview
The eKeep B3 Surgical Bra is a post-operative bra made with carefully selected fabrics combined to address what matters most after breast surgery: keeping the skin dry while offering comfort and adequate containment of the bust. There are no underwires and the seams are hidden, and high sides help hold the bust in place.
Small internal pockets allow prostheses to be housed if needed. The front opening closes with hooks and has double adjustment, while the wide, detachable shoulder straps spread support across the shoulders and adjust to four positions. The fabric is latex-free: cotton, modal and elastane inside, polyamide and elastane outside.
