Description
Overview
The Elbow Helix is a shorter alternative to the Full Elbow sleeve, built for people who want uniform compression focused on the elbow rather than a larger area of the arm: it covers the whole elbow but nothing above or below it. At 3 mm thick with a 20–30 mmHg compression level, it gives firm, even compression while high-stretch fabric on the inside and outside layers lets the sleeve move with you, and it is designed not to limit your range of motion.
There are no straps or buckles to fuss with — the sleeve grips the skin so it stays put through activity. The closed-cell synthetic rubber core won’t absorb odor and bacteria, the seams are six-thread flatlock, and the whole sleeve is latex free and can be machine washed and dried.

Things to consider
- Fit matters: measure your biceps 1 inch above the elbow crease with a straight arm — not your forearm — and check the sizing chart before ordering.
- If you want compression over a larger area of the arm, or you’re a taller athlete, the longer Full Elbow sleeve may suit you better.
- Firm 20–30 mmHg compression isn’t for everyone — if you have circulation concerns or ongoing symptoms, check with a clinician first.
