Description
Overview
The Full Elbow Helix covers your whole elbow and extends several inches both above and below it, over the upper forearm and the lower part of the upper arm. It delivers uniform 20-30 mmHg compression through a 3 mm closed-cell synthetic rubber core sandwiched between high-stretch fabric layers, so the sleeve moves with you and is designed not to limit range of motion.
Because the material locks to your skin once you start sweating, it stays put without slipping or needing readjustment during workouts. There are no straps or buckles to fuss with, it’s latex free, and it’s machine wash and dry. Measure your bicep with the arm straight, 1-2 inches above the elbow crease, to choose your size.

Things to consider
- Fit matters — measure your bicep with the arm straight, 1-2 inches above the elbow crease, and check the sizing chart before ordering. Don’t measure your forearm.
- If you prefer coverage of the elbow only, without the forearm and upper-arm extension, the shorter Elbow Helix may suit you better.
- Firm 20-30 mmHg compression — check with a clinician first if you have circulation concerns or an undiagnosed injury.
