The body helix Full Knee Helix pairs a 3 mm closed-cell synthetic rubber core with a thin, high-stretch polyester fabric and durable six-thread flatlock seams. The result is uniform, medical-grade compression at 20–30 mmHg that grips your skin rather than clamping down with straps and buckles — so you keep your range of motion while getting steady support through daily activities, workouts and court sports like pickleball.

At 9" (23 cm) long it covers the whole knee, and the hygienic closed-cell core won’t absorb odour or bacteria. It’s latex free, machine washable and dryable, and each sleeve fits either the right or left leg. Engineered in Charlotte, NC and made at the brand’s Greensboro, NC factory.
